Objectives

Floor Ten worked with boutique wine bar, The Watchmaker, to create engaging content that not only showcased the sophistication of their venue but also highlighted their ethos that wine is for everyone.

Our objectives included:

  • Increase engagement with the brand on its social media platforms by developing creative content that showcases uniqueness of The Watchmaker.
  • Help their audience imagine themselves enjoying the Watchmaker, whether they are wine connoisseurs or just starting out on their wine journey.
  • Develop The Watchmaker's reputation as a premier venue in Jersey.

Strategy & Execution

Our content strategy was crafted around three pillars, each designed to capture a different aspect of The Watchmaker's appeal:

Wine experts but not wine snobs:

  • We wanted to showcase the quality of The Watchmaker's wine list and the expertise of the team.
  • Through educational posts, we introduced the team’s favorite wines for the upcoming season, empowering their guests to start a conversation about the wines they might enjoy.
  • We created content with scroll stopping appeal to help attract new guests to the bar.
  • Our focus here was on demystifying wine and the wine bar experience.

With good wine comes good food:

  • The Watchmaker has a food menu that the team wanted to increase awareness of.
  • So, we created content that emphasised the quality of the ingredients and the ability to pair your wine with some delicious food.
  • This also gave us another opportunity to build the atmosphere of the venue into the content.  

A unique venue with timeless charm:

  • Nestled in the original 1901 shop front, of jewellers & watchmakers, Edgar Bros, it has a very distinctive style and atmosphere.
  • So, we focused on content that captured the intimate, carefully crafted details of The Watchmaker's interior.
  • Rich visual content helped us show the audience what a cozy date night or evening with friends would feel like, so they could picture themselves in the scene.

Result

Floor Ten managed and produced all of the content including strategy, planning, photography, video production, editing, copywriting, social media management.
