Objectives

Ardent Chambers, a barrister-style chambers providing litigation, regulatory, trust, family and employment law services, came to Floor Ten with a need to differentiate themselves in a saturated market. We have worked with them over a number of years to overhaul their approach to marketing, improving their brand perception, increasing client engagement, and ultimately driving growth across their channels.

Objectives:

  • Create a clear marketing strategy to help Ardent tailor their marketing efforts to their ideal client effectively
  • Refresh their brand identity to create consistency across all platforms
  • Develop clear, cohesive and appropriate messaging that highlights their unique market position and value proposition
  • Create a website that better reflects the updated brand and messaging
  • Develop LinkedIn as their channel of choice to increase their online presence and develop authority

Strategy & Execution

As a starting point for Ardent we developed a clear marketing strategy to guide the various marketing activities that would get them closer to their goal of being well-positioned in their target market with a focus on thought leadership.

We updated the look and feel of the brand as well as the tone of voice so we could make sure there was consistency across all platforms and the brand was in line with the client’s objectives.

We also refined Ardent’s value proposition to create messaging that clearly highlights their unique market position and offering – so prospective clients can easily understand what sets them apart from their competitors.

With the brand and messaging complete their website no longer served them so we rebuilt this to improve user experience and align it with the updated brand identity.

We have managed Ardent’s Linkedin company page over a 5-year period with a focus on increasing their online presence through regular, high-quality posts and targeted interactions, we have also regularly advised their team on best engagement practices to make sure the work on the company page translates to the profile of the team too.
