Objectives

Ganache, is an artisanal chocolatier and patisserie, known for its handmade chocolates and intricate pastries. Floor Ten developed a tailored content marketing campaign that highlighted Ganache's artisanal expertise and showcased their products with their target audience always in mind.

Our objectives included:

  • Showcasing the craftsmanship and quality of Ganache’s products.
  • Increasing customers’ perception of the brand and products through high-quality visual content.
  • Attracting and engaging a broader audience by conveying the unique story behind Ganache and their team.

Strategy & Execution

With these objectives in mind, we spent time with the team, products and in the kitchen to understand exactly what makes Ganache special. We then created a three-part content series, aimed at specific aspects of their brand story.

Hours of skill in every bite

With this suite of content we wanted to illustrate the meticulous process and expert craftsmanship behind Ganache's products. We created content that showcased the precise techniques used by their chocolatiers and pastry chefs, from tempering chocolate to piping macarons. We also needed the audience to understand the level of skill required to create high-end confectionery.

Content good enough to eat

We used macro lenses to highlight the textures and intricate details of the chocolate and patisserie at Ganache. We played with various film techniques like stop-motion to bring some fun to the content and the brand. Our guiding word for this content was “luscious” – we wanted to capture the feeling you get when devour a delicious piece of confectionary.

Building a luxury brand

We aimed to align Ganache's content with the high quality of their physical products. We focus on high production values in all our content, and with Ganache this will help to build a luxury perception of their brand. We worked with the team to build a social strategy that will continue to evolve the brand in this way.

Result

Floor Ten delivered a dynamic content calendar along with all content so that we could strategically schedule the release of each piece to maximise engagement and reach. We provided comprehensive services including photography and videography, copywriting, planning and ongoing support for the team.
